Hi,
A customer brought in the part in the photos. I took pics of each side. He said he believes the window brand is Magic Windows. This part sits in the window track and I believe he said it pivots or turns. Might allow the window vent to pull in or out for cleaning. Wondering if you can ID and let me know if you sell them or know where I can find.

We do not carry this exact pivot shoe, but we would need more information to determine if an alternative option is available. Does this pivot shoe use coil springs? Would it be possible to see an undamaged version installed in the window where we can see the full assembly with the window sash removed?
Please provide the width and depth of the pivot shoe. Thank you!
