Looking for a pivot set (left & right) replacement parts for a guillotine style window

A quick learner from near Montreal, Canada says:
These pivots are bolted at the base, each side of the window. The window was not locked properly and a strong wind broke these pivots. Fortunately the window itself did not brake. Now I'm looking to replace these small metal parts. Thank You.
