Looking for a replacement Caldwell window channel balance

Question

The balance is 23'' long, with the stamp "22 3 FO Caldwell" on it. The "FO" is a bit unclear (see photo), might be something else.

Thanks for writing in. This looks like either an S380-23 or S385-23. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 2230.
