Looking for a replacement crank

The old crank doesn't seem to have groves on the inside anymore which makes closing our windows impossible. Can't seem to find the proper replacements. Can you help? There is a number on the crank x-429.

Your photos resemble the 39-176 Pella operator shown below. Unfortunately, the cover is no longer available but we do carry the 39-109B handle if that is all you need. Also, see the 39-175 opposite-handed version. Thank you!
