some of the teeth at broken on a right side casement window circa year 2000. this is the window identifier. please advise

We would be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see photos of your operators to compare to our inventory since the window label does not identify the hardware that it uses. Please open the window and show us a top-down image so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible. From there, we should be able to narrow down your replacement options. Thank you!
