Looking for a replacement door sweep for Pella French Door, right hand side only.

I need to replace the door sweep for my Pella french door, right hand side. I can not locate the model number anywhere but I've been told by Pella that the french door was manufactured in 2008.

I'm not sure if we have an exact match for this door sweep, but I want you to look at our 58-176 or 58-186. See if you could adapt this to your door. It wraps around the bottom of the door and is mounted by screws to one side.
