Looking for this Casement Operator

A home owner from Dayton says:

Hello.

I'm looking for a replacement as the screw holes in the body have striped and been tapped several times.

The body is 5" wide from hole to hole and the arm is 3.5" long (past the pivot point). The arm from the crank to the appears to be 5". The only marking on this is: US PAT. 4505601.

There are no other branding markings that I can find.

I was wondering if you had a similar offering. Thank you for your time.

Bob from SWISCO responded:

This operator reminds me of our 39-090 and 39-089 Dyad Operators. However, your operator has an offset in the gear arm that our type lacks. However, in our experience that sometimes doesn't really matter. Either way this is our closest match to what you have. If by chance these don't work for you, you can always return them--see our Return Policy here.
