Thanks for reaching out! Your sweep lock looks like it can be replaced with our 90-274 Acorn Lock. To confirm that this is the correct replacement, carefully review and compare the dimensions below.

If you are also looking to replace the keeper, the one sold with the lock set will not work in place of yours. That said, I believe our 90-282 Recessed Keeper could work for you.

Would the replacement locks also need a new keeper?

Unfortunately, that is not something I would be able to determine. If they are still in working condition, it likely wouldn't be necessary.
