I'm looking for a replacement of this track part. It is 14"long.
Also included picture of the wooden track it will go on.

I don't believe your old track is made anymore, unfortunately. The only thing we carry that may work is our 32-053 kit, though I cannot guarantee it. I recommend watching the installation tutorial below to determine if you could get this to work on your drawer.
