Looking for a replacement window pivot shoe

Hello,I am looking for a replacement window pivot shoe that matches the one in the attached photo.  The opening is key as it has an awkward opening where the window tilt latch fits in.  The diminsions are 1/2 inch thick, 1-1/4 wide, 2 inch tall.
