Looking for a replacement window sash guide

Question

I think this is called a window sash guide, but I'm looking to replace at least one that is on the left-hand side of the window. It's on a Better-Bilt window. I've included a photo of the right-hand side one that is installed and intact as well as photos of the broken left-hand side one where it is installed, removed and right-side up, and removed and upside-down.

It's about 2 7/8" by 1".
