Hello,
We have been attempting to find out where we can get this window arm and more specifically, the black part at the end. I've been calling it a clip as it 'clips' to another part, however you can see that on part of it is broken. I have not seen the window myself so I am unaware of what this attaches to. I've deduced that it is most likely a Roto crank of some kind for a casement window that is located above a door-operated automatically.

We need these arms as well, and they have to extend 12 in when the 2 arms touch. Can you identify these and maye direct me where to purchase them? I see your 39-312 is very similar, however it does not work with our window.

Thanks for posting. I'm afraid those black sliders are not available by themselves. You will need an all new operator. It sounds like you need a new operator anyway, since you mention needing the arms.
That said, the 39-312 was my first guess. I'm shocked it doesn't work for your window. I see no stylistic differences. Can you go into more detail on why it didn't work for your window?
