Hello, I'm looking for find out what type of window channel balance is so that I can replace the pair for my window. Along the channel are the letters BSI RM with the number 28 9. The hook for the channel seems to be at the very end of the channel unlike most window channel balances I was able to find online. The end pieces seem to have 'wings' that ensure that the channels don't move horizontally along the side rails of the window.
