Looking for a window crank

Handy Person from Freeport, IL
The window was originally purchased at Menards (slightly possible at Home Depot or Lowes). The window was purchased and installed in 2008. I have one handle that is not broken and one that is broken. I will provide you with a picture of both.

This looks similar to our 39-226 hex spline handle for Roto operators. See what you think.

Our window cranks do not fold up. Do you still think that the 39-226 is what I should order? Also, if I order one and it's wrong can I return it? Jody

Whether it folds or not won't affect its function. Folding is just an extra little feature that some handles have. What's more important is that the size and style of your spline is the same.

I can see from your photos that you have a hex style spline, same as our 39-226. Ours is 5/16", as shown in the photo below. As long as yours is 5/16", too, then it should work fine.

If for whatever reason it does not work, then see our return policy for instructions on how you can return it for a refund.

OK, well I measured mine and it's 5/16th, so I think it will work. Thanks for your help. By the way, you have a great picture. I'm a photographer, so I noticed. Love the smile.
Thanks again.

Thank you! You are far too kind, for both your business and your compliments. I assure you the quality of my picture is all due to our own talented photographer, who was able to form my shapeless clay into something presentable. Please let us know if you need anything else, we're always happy to help.
