hole spacing is the most important one to match? Obviously other measurements are not matched but not sure if that matters. Whats your advice?

The hole center spacing is important but so is the width of the latch. You may want to double-check your dimensions just to be safe. We can't promise a good fit but these parts would be the best we can offer.
