Looking for a window latch

A landlord from 10030 says:
June 15, 2021
I'm looking for replacement window latches. Color is brown. Screws are on 2 1/4 centers I believe. Marking on the bottom says 'ActiveCo 718 522 0361', and there's a 9 on it. Material is some sort of cheap metal with brown enamel on it.

height of the thing that goes into the window is 3/16

I think that this is actually a 90-272 -- depth on mine is 3/8 or 7/16.

Any chance I can get it in brown/black?

I think I see what you mean. The backset of your holes is just a bit off from center. The 90-072 does look closer; as long as the hole backset is 3/8" then I think it will work. The bad news is that we can only supply it in white at this time. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
