I am looking for a windows part. Does not have any identifier. Just number 49 and TRUTH USA. Picture of it attached

It looks like this could be part of a casement window hinge. If so, start by looking at our 36-048 or 36-004-10 stainless steel hinge set to see if these could work as a replacement. Thank you!
