Looking for a casement adapter

We do offer the 39-375 and 39-376 handle and cover kits, which attach to 11/32" diameter operator splines. Unfortunately, our kits do not come with the same bottom latch shown in your photo. 

We do offer the related handle extensions and pole ring shown on this page but they would not be compatible with the hex-ended pole shown in your photo. I'm sorry we won't be able to offer more assistance but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
