Hello could you tell me what balance i need to get to fix my window? It is 21" long 1/2 inch wide

Start by looking at either our S351-21 or S390-21 Channel Balances. The only difference between these two types of balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. See the image below. For a stamp option, choose 2030.
