Looking for balance replacements

Hello! I have several non-tilt windows (same size, on the same wall) with the sash misaligned (non leveled, leaving gap on one side of the window when closed). I watched your Youtube video and tried to take the sash out and replace the window balance. I measured the balance to be 27 inches long, and 1/2 inches wide. There's also a printed number that says 2630, as well as a small text that says 3.S.I. Appreciate any guidance on what exact model I should buy to replace!

Hello there! This is most likely either an S380-27 or S385-27 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. See the image below. Measure your old balance's shoe to see what matches best. In either case for a stamp option go with 2630.
