Unable to determine maker of windows. Looking for 3 sets

Hi there,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either a S380-27 or S385-27 channel balance. You need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need to a 2640 spring strength option for your balance.

Its 1 3/32. The windows are 20 lbs so I am not sure what strength is needed.

S385-27 with a 2640 stamp option is right for your window weight.
