I am very certain we can supply this operator. Based on these photos, I believe you have our 39-326. Carefully compare our photos to yours to confirm. Note that the 39-326 has a downward-facing pin at the end of the arm. Yours appears to, as well, but it's an important detail so you may want to check just to be sure.
The opposite side is the 39-325. Both operators are compatible with the 39-114L handle.
