Thanks for reaching out! Your casement operator looks a lot like our 39-253LB. Carefully look over the dimensions and compare them to your existing operator to confirm that these are the right replacement. The compatible cover would be part 39-451 and the bracket part 39-546.

The opposite handed version is part 39-253RB, along with the 39-452 cover and the 39-545 bracket.
