Couldn't find a manufacture on window, but window opening measures 22-1/2" x 62-1/2". the actual handle and gear box are roughly 4-1/2". Wondering if you guys have a replacement that would work. Thanks.

We struggle to get the windows open, wouldn't want to be stuck with a nonoperational window. So, we avoided opening them. I'm going to talk the customers and see what we want to do going forward. Thaks for the help.
