Looking for casement operators and locks

Wow, this looks pretty old. I'm not sure if we'll be able to offer an exact match, but we may have something that can work as a substitute. Before we make any recommendation, can you disconnect the arm from the track and show me a picture of the bearing at the end? Can you also tell me the distance between the two installation holes in the base, center-to-center? Finally, what's the length of the arm? It may be a little tricky to measure, but you don't have to be 100% precise. We can make do with a general idea of its size.
