Looking for channel balance 28"

My channel balance looks like series 385 except that it's 28". The metal measure 28". Let me know if you have one.

After further searching, I believe it's S395-28 and looking at the stamp, I believe it says "27 3". If so, would the Stamp option 2730 (Sash Weight Range be 13 to 19 lbs)?

If you could show us the connecting point between the spring and pulley inside the metal channel, that would help us confirm if our stock S395-28 balances could work for your repair or if they would need to be special ordered. I'd also recommend checking the balances on the other side of the window to see if the stamp might be easier to read. Thank you!

I should have done a better job cleaning the hook. :-)
This balance shows number "27 3 IV CMC 9"
Let me know if you need anything else.
If I were to purchase S395-28, what is your return policy?
What determines the spring tension?

Thanks for getting back to us. Your photos confirm that you would need the S395-28 (2730) balances. The 27 3 stamp on your assembly indicates that you would need 2730 options to support a sash between 13-19 pounds. Just let us know if you need anything else.
