Looking for channel balance for my window

Question

Hi,
The internal rope holding the spring in my channel balance broke.
It came out of my single hung (non tilting) window.
channel balance stamped with : 26 KR CALDWELL.

It is about 28" long - end to end.
Do you need anymore information than that?

Hey Josiah. The metal channel, not including the nylon fittings, should be 27" long. If so, see either our S380-27 or S385-27 Channel Balances. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. For a new stamp option choose 2640.
