Looking for channel guides

A home owner from Margate, Florida says:

HI - I need to replace channel guides for two of my single-hung, non-tilt windows. Number stamped on part seems to be 1210P. It is 12.5 inches long (not 12 or 13). Guide width seems to be narrower (1/2 inch) in front, and a little wider in back (5/8)..not sure if that is the original width or if it changed with age... This looks like it might be your series 373 with the plastic parts attached, but the 12.5 inch length of the part is throwing me off...can you help?

Tom from SWISCO responded:
We should be able to custom make this balance for you. It would be a 12-1/2" long metal channel with a 19-018 top attachment and 15-002 bottom attachment. Does that look good to you? If so, can you just tell me how many you need? Once I know that, I'll email you a custom balance order link and price quote.
