Looking for closet bottom track

Question

I recently received a bottom track for closet door wjhich is too narrow (2 5/8") ( 23-240 ). I am looking for a wider version of the track I received and aslo wish to return the 2 5/8" track. I do not have a measurement at ths time but I believe it is 3 5/8 or 4". I do not see any wider track in your inventory but perhaps I do not know how to search? Can you tell me if you do have a wider track of that style?

Thanks for posting. I'm afraid we do not sell a wider version of the 23-240. Keep in mind that the overall width does not affect the function of the track. As long as the distance between the rails is the same it should work just as well.
