I could not find a brand on the lock or header of the window. Window size is 36.75 X 49.25.

Hello,

We can't be sure with your hardware still installed in the window but your pivot shoe looks similar to our 15-228, which uses Series 160 coil springs. I'd recommend removing your coil balance to compare to the specifications shown on our product pages. Thank you!
