Looking for correct door sweep

Hello,

I'm looking for a replacement rubber sweep for my front door. It's a 36" x 94" door (part of a double door). The door material seems to be fiberglass. Unfortunately, I can't id the brand, but the house is 10 years old.

I attach a picture of the current set up (you can see the railing below the door where I need to insert the sweep). Also attached is a picture of the worn second door sweep.

Would you have any idea where to find something that fits?
