If the opening in your handle matches the 11/32" diameter shown below, we do offer the 39-205 folding handle. With that being said, there's a good chance that you still won't have enough clearance for the blinds. In almost all cases, blinds need to be installed to accommodate the original casement window hardware, not the other way around. We apologize for the inconvenience.
