Looking for handle to open window.

We should be able to assist, but to further review, are you able to show us the window open where we can see the arm attachment(s). From there we can determine the style you have for a compatible handle option. Are you able to remove the remaining black piece to expose the spline style? Thank you! 

Once the window is unlocked, you should be able to gently push open the window sash to see the operator arms.
