Looking for hardware for these old crank windows

I really hope you can help!!!!! Attached are photos of my old porch windows. House built in 1909. I have all the original cranks, replaced the original hardware at least 10 yrs ago, but the guy does not remember where he got the hardware. :(

I replaced that hardware last year with the current slider hardware from IDN Global via Wayfair as shown in photo, but it is awful and every set basically does not work. The hole aperature is too small for it to slide easily and they all jammed within a month. Need find a suitable replacement ASAP.
