Looking for help identifying

Question

I have a 2003 Ultra Maxx/Alside double hung with broken coils.  Do you make a replacement part that would work in this application?  Do I just replace coil or does it come with the Pivot Shoe as a complete replacement?  Do I need to notch the window to replace?  Thanks in advance for the help.  Greatly Aprreciate it.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this. Can you show us a photo of the pivot shoe? If we can identify that, we can ID the compatible coil balances.

When it comes to coil balances, you only need to replace what's broken, though we do recommend replacing the springs on both sides of the window at the same time.

If there isn't a cut out in the window track to remove the hardware, you'll have to make one yourself as shown in the video below.
