Looking for help to identify the channel balance

Your balance appears to be a match for our S380-31 or S385-31 but the best match will depend on the depth of your bottom fitting. Measure as shown in the image below to see which one you have. You will also need the 3030 spring strength option.

Can you confirm that you're measuring the balance's bottom shoe and not the actual balance itself? If the shoe is 7/8" deep, we can custom make your replacements using the 19-005 top and 15-029 shoe which is 7/8" deep. Custom orders are nonrefundable so I just want to ensure we're getting you the appropriate hardware! If that sounds good to you, let me know the number of balances you need and we can go from there. 

It's possible that your bottom shoe was once 1" deep and just wore down over time from use. If you have an identical window in the house, I recommend checking the shoe depth for those balances to help you confirm. You can also view our return policy here.
