Hey, Jon. I believe you have a very old Kawneer commercial door. Take a look at the 79-124 pivot used on Kawneer doors. I believe this is the pivot set you need for your door. However, I recommend watching the related video on the installation. You will need to drill new holes on some of the pivots to install the 79-124 pivot. Review the specifications and see what you think.
