There is a nylon (?) shuttle with a brass pin, broken on another window. This looks like one on your website. There are numbers you can see.

Thanks for contacting us. Take a look at the 36-048 and 36-004-10 hinge sets. We don't sell a 1:1 match for yours but review the specifications and see how they align with yours. Note that you'll want to replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time.
