Or the replacement different brand. I cannot find this anywhere, do you have them?

This is the best I got for you, please see attached pics.

Measurement ? round end to other end 2 ¾"

- Width screw hole to screw hole ? 2 ½"

I don't believe we have an exact match for this hinge, but look at our 32-343. This may work, though you'd have to drill new holes to accept the different style.
