Looking for insulation for top of window and frame.

Question

Insulation has a brush like feel attached to a plastic runner that inserts into a channel in the window frame. The plastic runner has deteriorated and the insulation will not maintain contact with the window frame. Do you have and part that fits this description. The windows are Customweld brand.
