Looking for locking keyed version

Question

Looks like the install holes are spaced 4 (maybe 3 15/16) inches apart vertically and door is about 1 5/8 inch thick.

So you have the parts set to make this a keyed lock that can be secured from outside? I would like to keep the white color for handle.

If not, can you suggest where I can find it.

Sure, based on your measurements then you can probably use our 82-086 as a replacement. Just note that the thumb lever is set in the bottom position and cannot be adjusted. Yours also appears to be in the bottom position, but it's something you should check before you make your purchase just to be 100% sure.
