Looking for both left and right sides of this part. Only noted a '2' printed on the inside but nothing else to refernce. And hole is located off in the corner. If you could please assist with locating this replacement?

Thanks for your post! We do not have a direct replacement match for your top sash guide but we have recommended the 18-203 5/8" Top Sash Guide Pair to replace it. Take a look over the dimensions on the diagram below. Carefully compare them to determine if these will work for your repairs.
