Mid century sliding door seal

Hello,
I'm looking for a seal for an old metal sliding door. There is one installed on outside of the door and one on the inside of the frame. I have included the measurements on my sketch. You can see one side is molded with v-shape and the other side is L-shaped. Thanks for any help you can offer me.
