Looking for name and details on internal part

A plastic black pivot or swivel that connects to a coil in the track - it is fixed with two Philips screws. Looking for details on this part and/or buying options. Thanks.

We don't carry this type of pivot bar in plastic, because as they age, they become brittle. We have die-cast ones. Take a look and compare the two we selected as possible matches, 26-400 and 26-412. Is either one the same precise size as yours?
