Looking for new Coil Balances

Preferably it should be removed from the window, with width and thickness dimensions provided. The kind of pivot shoe you have determines the coil springs you need, so this will help us identify your replacement parts. Thanks.

No, I'm afraid that's not the pivot shoe, just housing for the coil spring. The pivot shoe will be at the bottom corner of the window frame. It is what the coil spring is supposed to connect to and thus cause the tension that allows for you to open and close the window. You can see are selection of pivot shoes here.
