Looking for new balances

Question

I am looking for replacement balances for my Kinco windows. I have added the pics you recommended in your video, if you need a few more I have them. I also need the mating part for the top of the window itself. I also have a pic of that but it would only allow 5 pics. I measured the metal part of the balance at 26". The numbers on the balances are 26 4 PB. B.S.I . The balances are slipping past the top and bottoms of the windows so I am going to replace them to see if it fixes the problem! Any info you can provide is greatly appreciated! Thanks, Kris

With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.

You would also need 2640 spring strength options for your replacement balances based on your stamp code. Keep in mind that this stamp code would generally indicate that the metal channel would measure 27" long, not including the end fittings.
