Looking for new metal insert

Question

Metal insert is 3/16 wide by 5/16 tall by 1 and 3/8 long on both legs.   Frame is one and a half inch wide the insert is half an inch wide by 1/4 inch. I need four of these inserts or where I can get them thank you
