I'm going to give this a try, thank you. But, I can't figure out if this set includes everything I need for the outside handle and the inside latch, or if I have to buy everything separately.

The 40-034 comes with both the inside latch and outside handle as shown in the diagram below. Installation screws and a keeper are also included.
