Looking for new window balances

Question

I'm looking for a new window balances for a small single hung aluminum bathroom window. I'm not sure how to cross reference numbers for the part. I attached photos of the bad balance in the window. I need 2 tho, one for both sides of the sash as they are both broken. The numbers I found on the balance is 15 3 AU CMC 4. The sash measured 16" from the metal end to the metal end. The sticker on the window frame itself said MFR: PHP - 3, Series: 240, Type: single hung.
Do you have 2 balances available that would work to replace these and if so, how much are they?

Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-16 or S385-16 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 1530 spring strength options for your replacement balances.
