I am looking for this part that stops the Channel Block & Tackle Window Balance in a GA made window.

Hello there!
The General Aluminum window top sash guide shown here was discontinued and is no longer available, unfortunately. The manufacturer replaced it with the 18-066 which can work on either side of the window. Take a look and see what you think.
